Using the decision tree
The decision tree is the first step to assist you in putting together your application for an active constituent approval, product registration, permit, holder/nominated agent details or manufacturing licence approval. You can also renew your product registration and access other online forms through the decision tree.
After clicking ‘start’ below you will be asked a series of questions about your active constituent, product, permit, holder/nominated agent details or manufacturing quality licence information. Based on your answers you will be guided to a final decision page that will provide you with an application item or section number (excluding Manufacturing Licence applications), along with a Decision ID reference number that can be used in the online application. Note that at any time after preliminary assessment, the APVMA may determine to re-categorise your application to the appropriate item or assessment module levels for an application (excluding Manufacturing Licence applications).
